The most important iOS 16 feature

While Dynamic Island took the spotlight, the most important feature sneaked almost unnoticed to all iPhones supported by iOS 16: Medications 💊

Medications category has been added to Health app, and the separate app is also available on Apple Watch.

It allows to add various treatments with all their crazy schedules and track them separately. It also allows adding "as needed" medication. You can mark medication as taken from either Health app or from Apple Watch. It saves the logs for all previous days and also saves the exact time the record has been done (which is very helpful for medications that should be taken apart from one another, for example).

Finally, the overall medication list could be exported as PDF.

I seriously think it's one of the most useful iOS features so far, and a good enough reason to invest in Apple Watch.
